These terms govern purchases of digital ebooks from Payments Expertise, trading as The Football Experiment ("we", "us"), via thefootballexperiment.co.uk. By buying, you agree to them.

The product

We sell digital ebooks supplied as a PDF download. The current title is Manchester City: The Legal Save, priced at £1.99 including any applicable taxes. Prices are in pounds sterling and may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Delivery

After payment you are sent an email containing your personal download link, and the download is also offered on the order confirmation page. If your email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam/junk, then contact us — your purchase is recorded and we can resend the link.

Immediate supply and cancellation (digital content)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content normally carries a 14-day cancellation right — unless you ask for immediate supply. At checkout you expressly consent to your ebook being supplied immediately and acknowledge that, once the download begins, you lose the statutory right to cancel within 14 days. This does not affect your rights if the ebook is faulty or not as described — see our refund policy.

Your licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read the ebook for your own non-commercial use. Please don't redistribute the file or share your download link publicly — the link is personal to you. Copyright remains with The Football Experiment.

Availability

Download links are intended to remain available for repeat downloads. If we ever have to retire a link, we will provide a reasonable way to obtain your purchased file.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts (or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, your local courts).
